Three operational regions
Each region carries its own partnerships and programme emphasis.
South Rift Region
Our most active region, spanning Bomet and Kericho counties. Bomet anchors our community programmes in gender equality, girls' mentorship, and human rights defence, while Kericho hosts our good governance and public participation work under the Haki Ni Yetu project.
Southern Rangelands
Across the arid and semi-arid communities of Kajiado and Narok, our work focuses on resilience: supporting widows' groups with livestock for economic stability, and providing households with low-tech water filters to secure safe drinking water.
Nairobi & National
Nairobi anchors our national-level work: policy advocacy, research coordination, partner engagement, public statements, and our human rights defender networks. Our research function is delivered here in partnership with Sight-Edge Consultancy.

Support to widows' groups, including livestock for economic stability, and distribution of low-tech water filter pots for safe drinking water.
Narok County
Water access programmes addressing waterborne disease, alongside community resilience and gender equality work in dryland communities.

Policy and research work, advocacy engagements, public statements, and coordination of human rights defender networks.
